WishJoy sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped to you. This page explains how and when you receive what you pay for.
What you buy
When you pay for a premium template, you buy the right to share one surprise made with that template. The surprise is a private web page at its own link, for example wishjoy.in/s/abc123/, which opens in any phone or computer browser. You can keep editing it at no extra cost for as long as it exists.
How it is delivered
- You make and save your surprise first, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
- You pay securely through Cashfree Payments.
- As soon as Cashfree confirms the payment to our server, your surprise is unlocked. This usually takes a few seconds.
- You are returned to your surprise with the share options ready: copy the link, share on WhatsApp and other apps, or download a QR code.
- We email a receipt with your Order ID and the link to your surprise to the address you entered.
Delivery time
Delivery is instant in almost every case. If your bank takes longer to confirm a payment, delivery can take up to a few hours. If your surprise is not unlocked within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will unlock it or refund you.
No physical delivery
There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier partners. The surprise is accessible worldwide wherever the internet is available.
Where to find your surprise later
Every surprise you make is listed in My surprises on the device you made it on. Create a free account to keep them across devices. Your receipt email also contains the link.
