Report a surprise
If a surprise breaks our rules, open it and tap Report at the end, or email us the link with a short note. We review every report and act quickly on anything harmful.
Copyright and removal requests
To ask us to remove photos, music or text that belong to you, email the surprise link, a short description of your work and your contact details. We act on valid requests promptly.
Grievance officer
Under India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints about content on WishJoy can be sent to our Grievance Officer at hello@wishjoy.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
