Common questions
Do I pay every time I edit?
No. One payment unlocks sharing for that surprise for as long as it exists. Edit it as often as you like.
Is the price per surprise or per template?
Per surprise. If you make two surprises with the same premium template, for example for two friends, each one is unlocked separately.
What do I get when I pay?
Your surprise is unlocked straight away and its private link starts working for anyone you send it to. You also get a receipt by email with your Order ID.
Is there a subscription or auto renewal?
No. Every payment is a one time payment. We never charge you again without you choosing to pay.
Are taxes included?
Yes. The price you see is the final price you pay.
What if the payment fails or money is deducted twice?
If a payment fails, nothing is unlocked and any amount your bank deducted is returned automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If you are charged twice for the same surprise, we refund the extra payment automatically. Read the Refund and cancellation policy.
